The other day my kids started singing a Thanksgiving version of Jingle Bells. I have been writing this song in my head ever since. So for my kids, here is "Running Through the Leaves."
Running through the leaves
It's our favorite way to play
Some stick to our sleeves
We're laughing all the way
We hear the dinner bell ring
Making our spirits bright
For it's a day to sing!
Let us eat tonight!
